Company History

Established in 1992, Dantom Homes Developments Ltd. Have built an enviable reputation as a bespoke luxury house builder, specialising in traditionally styled homes with modern features and exceptional energy saving designs. We are a proud member of the Federation of Master Builders.

Based in Hatfield, Doncaster. Dantom Homes have delivered upwards of 170 homes in the South Yorkshire region.

Our industrial/ commercial portfolio extends to some 200,000 sqft, providing up to 300 jobs in the local community. With tenants from a wide range of industries including Railway maintenance, Waste Recycling and Logistics to name a few.

The company has been run by the same family since 1992 and prides itself on the use of local tradesmen, companies and suppliers. Many of whom have remained with the company from its beginnings.

Our homes are designed by award winning architects to our own exacting standards and constructed with the best available materials, to ensure that the finished buildings are both atheistically pleasing and energy efficient.

We aim to provide buyers with their perfect home at incredible value, all our properties come with an NHBC 10 year guarantee for added peace of mind.
